When we arrived at the hotel, we were given an initial room, but the AC fan was quite loud. We then were offered a second room, but the ventilation system in the bathroom was humming away, even though the bathroom was unoccupied. We were told that it was likely in many of the rooms and that perhaps there was some air cleaning going on. That was the bad news. The good news was that one of the staff members, Tommy, proceeded to check out every single unoccupied room to see which one would be the best. Amazing! Fortunately, we were able to find a room that did not have the problem. Beyond that everything was great.

The location is beautiful but, breakfast is poor, for the price per night . The scrambled eggs looks horrible it wasn’t appetizing, and the batter for the waffle is not good enough. Came down for breakfast round about 09.00am there was hardly anything hot serving in the warmer. I cannot pay for breakfast then I didn’t have it. But the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. Live the hygiene side of it. Please improve on your breakfast. That’s what give any human being the starting fuel for the day.

Room is very utilitarian with all you need for stay including luggage bench with drawers, roomy closet mirrors , great bathroom counters ledges etc. comfortable bed and nice pillows linens. only down was the breakfast as only had apples no bananas oranges or cut fruit and out of yogurt too. Staff member Dakota went out of his way to be accommodating when asking about milk yogurt etc. Very professional pleasant young man who made up for any breakfast negatives!

I loved the room being spacious. The queen beds were very comfortable and the TV was large and had many channels available. The room itself was directly across the elevator and very quiet. There was complimentary tea and coffee and a single Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom was large and accommodating. This hotel was conveniently located near the Amtrak station which was the reason for my wife and I booked it. Staff was friendly and courteous.

When we had to depart very early in the morning, the lovely young woman that was setting up breakfast and coffee, went out of her way to see that we got something to eat before we hit the road, and a coffee to go! She did this without us even asking if it was possible. Our room was very clean, and the beds cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend this accommodation!
